Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio of complex B2B or SaaS products
- Advanced Figma skills
- Knowledge of accessibility and design systems
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and user interviews
- Create flows, prototypes and production-ready designs
- Maintain shared design-system patterns
- Partner closely with engineering through delivery
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong systems thinking and written communication
