Description
Dallas fulfillment center hiring an experienced floor supervisor for outbound operations, staffing and daily KPI ownership.
This is an on-site leadership role responsible for safe, accurate and efficient outbound warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in warehouse or distribution operations
- At least 1 year of team-lead or supervisor experience
- Comfortable with WMS systems and operational reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead a 20–30 person shift
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics
- Coordinate labor planning
- Drive safety and continuous-improvement routines
Qualifications
- High-school diploma required
- Lean or continuous-improvement experience preferred
